With... authorization to enter Taxisnet - Upheavals in the process

Until today, most citizens are used to assigning the access codes to Taxis – which they obtain from the Tax Office – to their accountants.

Thus, they can submit on behalf of their clients, their tax return, print the ENFIA statement and more. Except that this particular procedure is wrong and maybe even dangerous.

Access codes on Taxisnet "open the door" to a wealth of confidential information and yet even though personal information is assigned to third parties - especially accountants - with ease.

Therefore, the need to strengthen the security level of Taxis passwords becomes imperative as "e-government" advances.

Authorization to enter Taxis

With Taxis passwords, one can now make responsible declarations, issue certificates and gain access to a wealth of confidential information beyond tax records

How many of us have given their Taxis passwords to their accountant to file their tax return, print their tax return and keep them informed of debts and other liabilities?

But how many know that this is not the right procedure because normally the taxpayer must authorize the accountant in order for him to submit the return with his own codes? This "strange" market equilibrium - that is, accountants owning taxpayers' personal codes - is known to the tax authorities who are launching the solution. Access to Taxis will be tightened to ensure that whoever accesses or uses the codes is the actual owner of the codes. How;

How will the process be "tightened".

The prevailing scenario is that the access mechanism will also be used in the banks' e-banking. That is, in order for someone to enter Taxis, it will not be enough just to type in the password and the username. It will also be necessary to type in a unique additional code which will be sent to the taxpayer's mobile phone either by SMS or push notification. Essentially, this way accountants will then have to request authorizations to file tax returns on behalf of their clients.

The "tightening" of access to Taxis is planned to be launched in 2022 as a period without particularly increased tax obligations should be chosen. After next July.

It is most likely that these changes will be launched and adopted after the second half of the coming year: After all, at this moment the Ministry of Finance has scheduled the issuance of the ENFIA clearances for March 2022.

Then the process of submitting the tax returns will begin, with the goal of being completed by June or July of the new year.

As long as everything goes as planned then the way is opened for the specific changes

As far as AADE is concerned, in addition to the safety of taxpayers, an audit tool will also be "developed". If accountants can only make declarations through authorizations, it is obvious that tax systems will also record the number of clients each accounting firm has.
